For General Practitioners that wish to refer, please address all referrals to
Shrink & Co. We will connect your patient to the right practitioner depending on area of specialisation, client preferences, and wait times.

All our referrals are processed by our dedicated Intake Officers who will assist you in connecting with us.
We accept referrals for other non-clinical services such as NDIS.
Please contact our rooms and ask to speak to our NDIS Coordinator.
We are able to bulk-bill DVA card holders with a valid referral. Some Psychiatry 291 referrals are bulk-billed*. There is a fee for all other referral types.
Private health fund rebates do not apply to Psychiatrist consultations. They may apply for Psychology consultations, but patients will have to to confirm this with their health fund provider.
Referrals for Psychiatrists
A referral is not essential, but in order to attract a Medicare rebate a valid referral from a GP is required. For more information refer to our FAQs.
Referrals for Psychologists
A referral is not essential, but in order to attract a Medicare rebate a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) ± ATAPS referral via a GP is required. An ATAPS referral from any other healthcare provider is also acceptable.
