Shrink & Co. is a multidisciplinary organisation striving to provide high-quality mental health care and support services across the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads regions.

We are experts in mental health services, specialising in psychology and psychiatry. We also specialise in Behavioural Support and Psychosocial Disability. We support and resource those with learning and behavioural difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders, brain injuries or general mental health struggles.

In 2022 we undertook a process of streamlining our operations. Originally known as The Shrink Group, we had 4 subsidiaries operating across different disciplines. Most notably, The Shrink Company focussed on mental health services. The Shrink Academy focussed on support and programs for individuals with mental disabilities and their carers.

Shrink & Co. is now the unified expression of the professional service we have been offering South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales since 2012.
